This class is a fun, low-pressure course open to dogs and puppies over the age of 12 weeks. This type of training provides value that extends far beyond just a handful of party tricks. It offers mental enrichment, enhances a dog's balance and proprioception, builds confidence, and strengthens the bond between you and your dog.
The curriculum consists of approximately 12 tricks, and every member of the class can request a specific trick or skill they would like their dog to learn. Examples of tricks include jumping through a hoop, posing for a selfie, leg weaves, rolling over, nose targeting, scent work, balancing a treat on the nose, and more.
Don’t forget to bring treats for your pup and a current vaccination record! You will receive both a text message and a welcome email about a week before class begins with all the information you need to be prepared.
There are no refunds for missed classes. If a class must be canceled by North Star, a makeup class will be scheduled.
